Train your managers on Warranty and Guarantee please. I was told I could not exchange my Toni&Guy flat iron today by a Branch Manger Elton of Zevenwacht Mall..... I let him listen to the device making a crackling sound and told them I am afraid to use something of electricity that makes noises. They told me it does that, this was the Consultant Cleo.... Shocked ? I said whaaaaat..... Toni&Guy I have been purchasing for years and Nevvvvvvver evvvver did I have a product that made a voltage noise..... ? Even the box says 5Year Guarantee.... Wow, I could slap him with the box because of his lack of s****s.
