Clicks mall of africa store manager made my day!

I bought a hair clipa and after opening the package. I realised that it was not a rechargeable one. I went to the customer care at the store to let them know that I want a rechargeable one. The lady at customer care told i can't return it cause its open. I then asked for the store manager. He swapped the item for me.
