clicks mall @carnival -most useless ever

<p>i had the worst experience with clicks, we ordered a product from them which they didnt have in stock but they said if we pay they will get us the stock so we paid last week monday and we were told we will get it by wednesday , wednesday came and went and still no stock , it was then later told to us they are unable to obtain the stock, no reason was given.... we requested for our money back and till date we are waiting for payment from clicks they havent paid us back our money and it is just under 100k and they are just not returning the money to us we have been calling and they dont see any urgency in this matter at all ..so pretty much to sum it all up clicks mall at carnival has made a false sale to us lying that they can get the product just to make a sale! i suppose they are holding up the payment so that they can make their books look good because as far as i am conerned they arent paying us and they dont have a reason to hold our money we havent taken any stock or recieved anything from them ! i hope someone can read this review from clicks who can urgently get back to me</p>
