CLICKS Mall@55 Bad Product, Poor Customer Service

I bought a 2-slice Safeway Panini press from Clicks Mall@55 only to be disappointed with the product. When toasting paninis, it takes long to heat as then when it finally turns on, it stops heating for long periods of time causing the bread to dry up and be stale. I went back to the store the day after purchasing it only for the two managers to tell me that my complaint was not warranted. The managers made a scene in front of customers and tried to humiliate me for returning an unsatisfactory product.

I would like to get my money back for the poorly manufactured product and an apology for the scene they made in store.
