Clicks Mafikeng the crossing poor service

I am really not happy about the service at Clicks Mafikeng The crossing mall , the service is very poor , I had experience this several times , today I realized that I payed items I ddnt buy when I went to the management it took them more than an hour to help me after that I had I return everything and they gave me my money back because they couldn't assist me , imagine the time I wasted standing there and and my petrol.
