Clicks lying about Click and Collect stores

I wanted to place an order online for Click and Collect, but the Clicks branch closest to me isn't available. So I emailed Clicks and their reply was that the store hasn't been set up yet for Click and Collect and that they are busy setting up the store for this to be ready in the near future. Which is a lie, because I placed an order online in August 2020 and this branch was available then. So why isn't it available now and why is the person who responded to my email, lying?
