Clicks Lonehill - Disappoints AGAIN

I am astounded how Clicks Lonehill continues to maintain customers at their chemist dispensary. I have complained 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years around the TERRIBLE service that I have consistently received from them. I have had a number of calls from Clicks HO and the Lonehill Manager calling me to apologise for the inconvenience; however this has NOT changes their service levels in the slightest.

Clicks need to realise that people who are using their dispensary are normally not feeling well and should therefore account for this. In addition, I am completely confounded around the "service" they offer to prepare medication on a prescribed day for repeat and/or chronic medication which would then be ready for collection.

I waited in a queue for 35 minutes today and my prescription was still not ready for collection, this is totally unacceptable! @ Clicks – I will be requesting new prescription from Doctor and having these orders filled by an alternate supplier.
