Clicks lies
Hi. Clicks online advertised their Babysoft wetwipes as 12x42 wipes for R32.99. I ordered 4 packs of 12x42 wipes thus I should receive 48 packs. They then only send me 2 packs delivered to my home and 2 packs for pick up in store. When I complained that this was wrong they sent me this message

We have removed the item from the website in the interim to confirm the correct information with the Suppliers.
Should you not wish to keep the items, you may request an immediate refund at your closest Clicks store with your Tax Invoice.
As a goodwill gesture for any inconvenience caused, we would like to load a cash back reward of R50 on your Clicks Clubcard. Kindly provide me with your card number.
