Clicks lemon tree

I was at clicks lemon tree this morning cause my son was sick and I was getting tonsils as well. The pharmacist by the name of hazel gave me bad attitude. U told her what I am looking for and then my husband said I must add centrum and then I remembered that I wanted something to deeworm. She told me that I keep on calling things one by one and there is a queue here she does not have the whole day. When I take a look there was 1 person behind me only! There was no queue at all. I really felt disrespected by her, she has no customer service and she does not take into consideration that most people who go there are either sick or have someone sick at home. She has no empathy, no patience and no respect for customers. She acts as if she owns clicks and as if she is doing us a favor by assisting us. Clicks lemon tree must do something about this hazel woman. She is so bitter she shouldn't work with customers at all!!! She must get fired, she clearly doesn't want to be there. Clicks, please give people who are willing and eager to assist us and remove that hazel idiot, the next time I go there and she is still there I will make sure I take this matter further!<br>
