Clicks Lambton Repeat medication sms system never working

Clicks in Lambton Germiston sms system for repeat medication collection hasn’t worked all of 2020. Everytime I go collect and request sms notification to be setup to no avail. If the system is no longer in place it’s best they tell customers so rather than giving us impression that we will receive sms’s to collect medication.
