Clicks Kyalami Corner

I would like to point out how useless Clicks at Kyalami Corner Shopping Centre is. On Friday the 25/06/2021 I emailed them a prescription for my 87 year old mother in law to deliver her cancer meds, as 3x of us in our household had Covid and could not collect the meds. On Saturday the 26/06/2021 I resent the mail and asked again for a delivery. On Saturday early evening I received a reply and was told that they missed the 3pm delivery deadline, and that they only had the generic meds. I rep**** that we would take the generic, and reiterated that we had Covid, so could they please deliver. It is now 19:20pm on Monday the 27/06/2021. I mailed Dischem today, and they delivered the medication within a 2 hour period. I still have not even had the courtesy of a reply from Saturday’s email. This is not the 1st time we have had such an experience from Clicks Kyalami Corner. All I can say is welcome Dischem to Kyalami corner and may Clicks close their useless doors in that centre.
