Clicks KwaBhaca Mall pharmacy manager...arrogant, disrespectful, rude and selfish. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs...to avoid heartach. You'll thank me later.

Last month, I was sick and I visited a Clicks pharmacy in Mt Frere. I couldn't jump out of the car and I sent my 15 year old to buy me meds. It was about 16:20. She came back with incorrect size of the meds so I sent her back for a bigger bottle, a family-size bottle. She was thrown from pillar to post. Ultimately, she was assisted and unfortunately the card she had with her didn't have enough funds so I had to transfer funds. When she got back to the store, she was told to come back the next day as it was already 17:00...no medication, no refund. We went to a Link pharmacy and bought the meds.

1.The child is 15 and is supposed to be at school, that, if the people there were using their common sense, meaning she wouldn't be able to come early. 2. I am sick, I needed the medication like yesterday already...it means they don't care, or care less. 3. The child was there 40 minutes before knocking off...meaning they are not efficient 4. I went there for my refund on the third day, I was told to bring a slip. The car was from the car wash and couldn't get it. It was cleaned and cleared all papers lying inside especially slips. 5. I went there on the second occasion and was told to go see the pharmacy manager. Lord! How rude the boy was! Even the one who took me there, the Clicks staff member was so ashamed and couldn't even look at me. Because I was taming my temper, I went to stand by the door with the guard leaving my child there to take care of the refund. It was not done. We left the store and on Sunday I received a call, the people wanted my Clicks card...I am a Priest, on Sundays I go worship the Lord...they re aware. I received a call again this week from them...it's too late. Never will I set my foot again at that store. They can do the refund and give the money to the pharmacy manager, I think he needs it most than I do. He can take it to buy manners somewhere or enrol for customer care course, I can pay for that...as long as he will be able to treat customers right. The only time I will set my foot there will be when he's opened his and that I will not have to be assisted by him.

I wish Julius Malema and his party could know about this. How do you keep someone's medication and their money at the same time? Yes, there is about 4 more pharmacies around Mt Frere but I chose them. Had I didn't have more funds with me to buy meds at Link, what would've happened to me? The guy is arrogant and selfish at the same time. If you can't give him that money, then give it to any beggar you see outside. I no longer need it.
