Clicks Kloof Commits *****

I got a claim from my medical aid (Discovery) that a purchase was made at Clicks Kloof. I had not been there and did not make this purchase. My mother went into the shop (as I work and live no where near this branch) and spoke to the lady who put in the claim as well as the manager, both of whom still insisted it was myself and my mother who were in that day when it was very clearly not. There was no apology nothing from them.

This is blatent *****!! No security checks were put in place, who is to stop this happening again???
