Clicks Killarney mall , pathetic service

I went for the vaccine COVID 19 ( Clicks Killarney mall )with previous appointment after 1,5 hrs no sign of the vaccination, or Anybody ,No communication on what is going on , complete lack of communication , pathetic service . I left and I went to Milpark Clinic in 20 min I went through 3 screening and the vaccine, 100 % efficient and organized.
