Clicks KG Mall worst service by a pharmacist

Hello Peter Iam utterly disgusted with the service I was granted today by a pharmacist Thulani Jiane at Clicks KG Mall. After waiting on the line , it was my turn to be assisted. I greeted him and asked him if Gems normally pays for a gaviscon since it my first time buying it, then he gave me a very loud I DON'T KNOW, and he requested for my medical aid card and ID, then I said give me a minute it's a virtual card , let me open it on my phone, as I was searching literally less then a minute, he said move on the side let me assist someone else, I said No don't do that, because you did not even ask me if I have found it, of which I have and now you just being forward. He said to me well I should have looked for the virtual card while waiting on the line and not waste his time. I told him I don't deserve the kind of bad service he is giving me and that I will report him. He said he's not being forward and asked me where exactly I will report him? I answered and said at Head office, then he kept quiet. After I was done purchasing, as I was about to go, he said why I'm saying he's being "Forward" because I was wasting time and should have opened the virtual card while waiting on the line, I said to him I have no desire to go back on that conversation, all I'm saying is that I will report him, then he said to me Go. He was very loud and wanted everyone's attention as his way of intimidating me and I kept my ground and maintained my statement that I will report him. I do not think I will ever set my foot at clicks pharmacy again . NO Mathebula ***
