Clicks Kenilworth Centre putrid service

Clicks needs to get their system sorted, it is ****ndous the amount of time it takes to get ‘pre-packed’ medication?! On 2 occasions I’ve spent 2 hours waiting because of a system that is slow, according to staff behind the counter, the consultant assisting on the second day, sat yawning! I am seriously considering getting my medication elsewhere as this is just ridiculous! Yesterday I was in for self prescription medication, same thing, 2 hour waiting to be called up and then eventually another wait at the counter! On the only days off I spent a large percent at Clicks pharmacy, waiting on medication!
