Clicks Kenilworth Centre and Customer Care - Disgusting and *********** service

I'm so disappointed annoyed with Clicks, this is month 2 that I was unable to use my cash back. I was always able to redeem my cashback and all of a sudden there was some update on my personal details I needed to do. I did this instore in November and called the customer care line who promised me that the issue would now be resolved and that I could use my next cashback in January.

Last week I tried to use my cashback and to no surprise the same issue happened. I expected the incompetence because that is the Clicks culture.

I'm so SICK of clicks honestly, I should stop supporting the brand. The service is just getting worse by the minute.

For all it's worth, you might as well keep your cashback voucher.
