clicks keeps on shelf - used pregnancy test

good day i am rather disgusted and disapointed as a gold card member of clicks and something which was supposed to be my happiest of times, turned to make me feel disgusted and outrageously angry....<br> i went in on saturday to clicks windermere, made purchases to the value of R514.68 - and one of the many things i purchased was a home pregnancy kit, it was a double, pack got home, nothing thinking the worst, as this purchase was from clicks anyways, waited ill sunday morning to do my pregnancy test, only to find ou one pack was opened, of the 2, i called my husband immediately and showed him and this was most disgusting as it was not just opened, but used, how can clicks allow this, its had 1 pink stripe, then i opened teh 2nd one and then, got my result and instead of celebrating, i was utterly disgsuted, i want clicks to re- imburse me with another test and or refund me in cash, this is about principal and clicks need to be exposed, further, most of the stuff marked on shelve, didnt even show as points and then wen i queried with cashier, she said it was not updated on clicks headoffice side, how unprofessional of clicks is this, i am totally disgusted ,i want other ppl to know
