Clicks KC Appalling service along with Manager

Is a Zero rating not possible??

The most appalling service from Clicks Pharmacy Kenilworth Centre.

Queues are sooo long - no system even though there's a ticket dispenser. Other people who came after me was serviced before me.

Pharmacists not knowing products and dispensing incorrect items. Not knowing their computer system and letting customers WAIT, and WAIT. After much patience spent i asked another pharmacist to ASSIST the person who was helping me.

I should have just left the store - would have saved me the trouble of having to go BACK to return an item that was incorrectly dispensed. After having to drive back to the store to return the item, the manager reverses the order.

For a split second the manager offers to give me the item, since i opened the box - he says he will not be able to resell it - he will try to but he knows he wont.. BUT then he changes his mind and says to me, this is rather an expensive item and questions if i would you know how to use it???

So you are sorry, but not that sorry to give me the item that you will not be able to resell??

Cancelled my script. They never seeing me again. What a bunch of people! Zero customer service. Zero respect. Done with clicks.
