CLICKS KARAGLEN!!! STOP LIVING IN THE PAST!!!

Clicks Karaglen in Eden Glen!!! My first encounter was during the first week of Covid where I truly felt we were discriminated for being Asians wearing a mask inside this Clicks whereby the one old cashier told the younger cashier not to bother speaking to us as we don't understand English. I, however at the time just told myself to let it go and that this world is full of narrow minded old fashion people. I then convinced myself that it was probably just bad timing at the wrong place having to engage the wrong people but.... but... Three days ago, I visited the exact same Clicks store, queuing to try ask for an over the counter advise on what I could potentially buy for spots which recently grew on my face. Now this time, I'm 100% certain that these people who work in this store are true failures. Over hearing how dearly this so called pharmacist chatted to the person at the counter before me and when it was my turn at the counter, she didn't even bother providing the simplest details as anyone would of expected from a pharmacist in the most lesser friendly way and said this me；WE CAN'T HELP YOU HERE NOR GIVE YOU ANY THING FOR YOUR SPOTS, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CAN DIAGNOSE YOUR SKIN AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO GET TO TREAT IT. I mean I wasn't surprise and she wasn't wrong as I understood that I'd probably need to see a dermatologist but absolutely didn't expect this level of infomation as an answer from a pharmacist. The following morning, I visited the Dischem at Greenstone mall and approached the exact same matter to their pharmacist over the counter and the mannerism plus answer was just drastically more professional and helpful. Now you tell me CLICKS KARAGLEN, is it just little sensitive Asian me or you guys just employ a bunch of useless and *********** employees at this store!
