Clicks ***amas - Two sets of standards

Was in the clicks the other day. My mask was covering my mouth. The manager made a big scene and screamed at me for not covering my nose fully. I pointed out to him that his staff is having social conversations with friends or acquaintances in the shop that does not have their nose covered. He did not want to listen and just screamed like a mad person. They where not reprimanding them. He screamed at me for questioning his motives since he has two sets of standards. I tried to take a picture of his staff member - a Mrs Waterboer that was socializing with her friend not having a mask covering her nose. She ran away when I tried to take a picture of her nametag and of the conversation. Even after I pointed out to Mrs A. Waterboer that her friend's mask does not cover her nose at all, they just ignored that fact and kept on having the conversation. There was also 5 other people in the store without mask covering their nose. Why do clicks ***amas have 2 sets of standards?
