CLICKS JHB POOR SERVICE !

Good day I am very disappointed with the poor service I received from Clicks MALL OF THE SOUTH . I have been trying to purchase an item and its really frustrating and painful dealing with Clicks . I wanted the Revlon hairdryer brushes x2 .It was on promotion and I contacted the store at the Mall of the South .They said that its lock down and they cannot sell it .I asked them to please keep it for me,I am happy to eft for the items and can collect after lock down .Now they are telling me the promotion is over ,during the lockdown and I need to pay the full price !To me that is so dumb !the lockdown has prevented us for going to the stores at promotion time(I asked them then to keep it for me) so ,wouldn't it make sense to sell it at the promotional price when the lock down is lifted ?If I was prevented to getting it at promo time due to the Govt Lockdown is it that I now lose out on the deal ?I am so annoyed and feel really frustrated .I want to refer the matter to Greg Brown...I am trying to get his information to address this matter . I am also thinking about not buying from Clicks anymore since they don't value us as customers .
