Clicks Jabulani mall - Bad customer service!!

I went to Jabulani mall clicks today in the 10th June 2026 to get baby wipes. I was assisted by Busisiwe at 16:46:43. I forgot my clicks reward card and I had points in it. I asked her to use either my ID number or cellphone to get information of my rewards card and use my points. She said she can’t do anything, the system doesn’t allow her. My question to her was how because we use the same ID to register the card and she further said it’s only the pharmacy that can do it but how because it’s the same system they use just different departments????

Busisiwe , please work on your customer service skills and be willing to go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is poor service!
