Clicks is useless

Absolutely terrible after sales service Your gezina store is useless I bought a pair of glasses to read with a week ago and know I did not keep the receipt as it was 200 odd rand if I have to keep every receipt I will have to have filling cabinets at home. Any way I went to the store today and spoke nicely to the store manager I simply refused to exchange them I dont want money simply give me a pair thats not broken. As the one ear peace simply fell of and he an see it's a new pair but he just does not care. It's not about the money as it's only as I said 200 odd its the principle he can surely check on the CCTV cameras if he wants to Clicks is useless I drove there as i live far away they waist a persons time and feul
