clicks is useless

Useless and *********** people. I lost my clicks card for points and made a new one. I called them last year to link it. guess what the useless team did not do it. I called and spoke to different people none of them has ever done it. A week ago I called telling them that I have been swiping for points at engine, guess what, useless people said the card does not show that I swap at engen garage. As we speak I kept the receipt from engen but on clicks card it does not show. I have been patient with this ****, like how can one have many active cards under their profile? I recently spoke to Phathiswa Silwana, i know she wont even help me with this problem because she is *********** lime the rest of the clicks team. useless
