Clicks is the worst company they must go

I placed an online order with clicks on the 2nd of December they then gave my order to the Ram company I then kept checking the updates Ram keeps posting they are un able to get hold of me yet there are no miss calls my contact details are correct I then contacted Clicks Call centre the consultant then advised me what I can already see she then goes on the system changed details that was then delayed same thing happened for the next few days I have been calling Ram they do not answer the WhatsApp chats time out you cannot get hold of the company I then call Clicks to find out can my order not be shipped to my nearest Clicks the consultant says no and drops the call I've been calling all week on the 12th I got told I will receive a refund as they will no longer be delivering my order today on the 13th I called to find out has my refund been processed I called 5 times my call was dropped the consultant assigned to my case is Devon from the online team refusing to respond to my email or my calls all I want is my refund or order I don't even care its been two weeks of misery I will never enter a Clicks store if is disgusting the way customers are treated they cannot even apologize because what theh doing me a favor like I did not pay well done Clicks you outdone yourself.
