Clicks is the worst

January: my online order wasn't processed yet money was happily taken form my account. Waited a good couple weeks for Clicks to sort out the issue and eventually deliver my order. Still waiting for the compensation I was promised.

February: bought a snack at Clicks and there were cobwebs inside the packet!!!!!!!!! Waited about a week and a half or so for Clicks to "investigate" and get back to me. Eventually received compensation.

March: used gift card to pay for a portion of my shopping at Clicks. However, when items were scanned at the till, it did not match what was on the shelf. I only realized after paying so the customer care person on duty said he has to put the money back into the gift card and cannot give me cash.

Few weeks later: I try to pay for my stuff with the left over money on the gift card, but to my surprise there was no money on the card. The guy never loaded it!
