Clicks is terrible

dissapointed with Clicks, ordered some things to collect at the nearest brach and they promised they will be available in a maximum of three days, its been 9 day (order date: 31st march) still no communication from them. Their useless customer care phone rings but no one respond on the other side. I tried to call the local branch they were rude didn't even take the order number to check, the rude lady just told me they have not received anything since much and hung up on me. terrible service, i don't see myself ever purchasing anything from them,
