Clicks is pathetic all round.

Another disappointing encounter with Clicks. There definitely won't be a third time.

I placed 2 orders on the 26th of November, selected the click and collect option and it had stated 3-4 working days. The last communication was on Monday. I called to follow up as today it's the 4th day. The agent couldn't assist me, told me that he's logging a call with the online team and they will contact me within 2-3 working days. What absolute ****ery is that. I must wait an additional 3 days to be told the reason why I'm not getting my order at the time you people said I would.
