CLICKS is nailing people on fathers day!!!!!!

I bought a Rotary Shaver for my dad on fathers day this year at Clicks, i was happy as the old man cuts him every time he shaves with the old fashion blade, i send it via postnet to him as he stays in Zeerust on a farm, He received it and was also happy with this Shaver, 2 days after he received it he phoned me and told me that there is something wrong with it, he told me that the charging light does not go off and if he shaves with it for more than 8 minutes it dies as if the batteries is not charged. I told him to send it back which he did the costs now it R198, R99 to Zeerust and R99 back to me. I took it to the store CLICKS where i bought it, stood in the que for almost 30 odd minutes due to covid i was told and understood it. When i reached the counter i told a guy what the problem was and that is where my problem started: This guy was no longer a till operator, he now was a technician reading the brochure and teaching me how this shaver is working, i stood there for more than 40 minutes while he reading and telling me that it should not charge for more than 8 hours, i told him that is not the problem and explained to him what the Shaver is doing. Now the shaver was working as i charged it, he told me that he can not exchange it as it is working, he then called a woman, which now was also a technician instead of a till operator and i stood for a nother 30 minutes getting a course on how to operate and handle a shaver, i told her also that is NOT the problem it does not keep the charge!!!!! They the 2 Technicians (till operators) decided there and then that seeing that it is working they will not exchange the shaver point!!!. I asked them what if i opened it and broke it, will they then exchange or refund me and the woman said yes, the black guy just stood there saying nothing. After almost i hour i walked out there feeling like an idiot as all the customers in the shop heard and saw what was going on and some just shook there heads could not belief what i was told. This is NOT regarding the money as the Shaver was R239 plus the cost of Postnet it was not worth it to fight, just buy a new one!! which i will NEVER buy it from clicks ever again i took it home, opened it and saw that the battery was leaking acid all over the insides and new that was the problem and threw it in the dustbin!! Clicks as i said it is not about the money it is about the fact!! If you are doing this to a 1000 customers you are making R239k out of one day which is fathers day that is a HUGE sjame!!! This Shaver has now cost me R437 not counting my waisted time in your store, and i would actually like to go to our local news paper and give them this story which i know they will love!!!!!
