CLICKS IS HORRIBLE

Clicks online service and customer service is horrible. I bought an item online, and chose 24 hour deliver (next day delivery) AND PAID for it. Only to be sent an email saying my order should be delivered to me in up to 1 to 3 working days. This is nonsense.. Firstly why have the option for next day delivery if you know you cant meet that requirement. AND why make me pay for it. I could have very well drove myself to a dischem and bought and got what I wanted immediately. Oh, and I did call their customer care on Friday and i was told that I would be called back, and given a reference number.....Its Monday! I'm still waiting...FOR BOTH THE REFERENCE AND MY ORDER. So much for customer service.
