Clicks is greedy and pathetic

I am appalled at the way Clicks handled my complaint against their pharmacists who gave me incorrect directions for the Ozempic pen. I was put on a 0.25mg dosage and I was given a 1mg pen. The first pharmacist told me to turn to 0.25mg on the pen - there was NO 0.25mg and I had to GOOGLE the correct dosage. 3 different pharmacists all gave me incorrect info, thus resulting in me losing R2900 because I threw away almost a full pen. Now they won't compensate me and state I was given directions. How would they know what happened if they weren't there? They are saying the customer is lying just because they don't want to compensate?? They could've cost me my health for not explaining how to use the pen properly!
