Clicks is awful

I'm so upset with Clicks and the product Bauchs+Lomb Artelac Advanced Lipids single dose units. I purchased similar previously from another pharmacy and it was fine. I recently purchased a box from Clicks Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town. I twist the cap off but the liquid is semi solid so I used a scissors to widen the opening to get the liquid/gel out but it sits like blobs on my eyes. I try a second thinking its a problem with just one but its the same. I return to Clicks but they say they cannot take it back because I used two units out of 30. How was I supposed to know the product is bad or gone off or however you want to describe it. Clicks did not learn about customers from the many issues they face.
