CLICKS IS A JOKE

I must admit, growing up using all Revlon products, I have slowly become disappointed, not only with the quality but also with the Warranty on their products. A Revlon blow brush was purchased about 2 years ago for me as a Gift from Clicks Liberty Midlands Mall, obviously it was a gift the receipt was not given to me but the box states that there is a warranty on the product. The person who gifted me the product has now immigrated. Neither clicks nor revlon want to assist me. I have been in contact with Revlon SA who say they only deal with make up, Helen of Troy who cannot help but gave me two email addresses for people at clicks who do not reply to their mails.

How has the standards of such an elite brand decreased so much? I was asked for pictures of my product and the box and packaging etc which I sent off, all showing that the product has been well taken care of and still no assistance rendered.

I have emailed the email addresses that Revlon has supp**** me with and she said she cannot sell me a replacement brand, why would I need to buy another product when Revlon says Clicks holds the warranty
