Clicks is a joke

It seems that Clicks is taking online shoping back decades with how they deal with orders. We placed an order with several online shops on the 20th of November. Some of the orders arrived on the same day, and all but Clicks on the 21st. On the 22nd when the order had still not arrived my wife phoned to enquire. It turns out two of the items were out of stock, and they decided to hold back the entire order before notifying is. Then we were told a call was logged and we had to wait 3 business days for feedback. So this is where we are stuck now. No delivery, no refund and no explanation. Call center refuses to give us any assistance until the 3 business days have expired. By far the worst customer service I have experienced from an online shop in my life. I can get these items elsewhere, why on earth would I support you again?
