I have warned Clicks not to bank an amount of ZAR 1,693.92 as they failed to provide confirmation of an EasyPay bill payment to an Overstrand Municipal account. They ignored me. They then duly banked the ZAR 1693.92 and failed to credit the Municipal account. Multiple submissions and demands for remedy - all ignored. Clicks is a ***** and for theft we need to prosecute the CEO.
