Clicks is a bunch of ****mers

I bought things online at Clicks on the 21st August 2023 ,the money got deducted but Clicks hasn't sent me an order number and they say my order doesn't reflect on them, i went to confirm with my bank and they showed me that Clicks actually deducted the money, After sending bank statement to clicks they promised to help after 7 to 24 hours but it's been days without a response from them....@Clicks S.A R600.98 is a lot of money...stop ****ming people
