Clicks - Inferior Product and no response to Customer Feedback.

Clicks has a great series of ear plugs. Including blue ear plugs for air travel. They do not block airplane noise, they do not even reduce it to any degree.

After an international trip I wrote Clicks a friendly message to inform them that this product does not function. Six week later there has been neither acknowledgement of receipt nor any response. Are Clicks more concerned with sales than customer service? It seems so.
