Clicks incorrect pricing

I bought a 500ml Vaseline intensive repair cream tub from Clicks in Standerton. At around 11 when I was ininitially at the store, the price on the shelf read R32,95. When I got home I realised, looking at my till slip, that I had been charged R49,95 for it. I returned to the store to query the difference, but all the price tags were taken away. Speaking to the store manager, Faith Hollenberg, she tells me she "doesn't know what she can say", as there was now no pricing on the shelf. Another sales consultant in the store then confirmed that the prices were taken off because another customer complained about the price difference. Both Faith and the other lady said they couldn't amend the price difference, because they have to "thumbsuck what the price is", further saying I complained too late. This was just 2 hours after I was initially in the store. As I write, there is still no price on the shelf where the creams are!! It is unacceptable that Clicks Standerton has one price on the shelf, then when you get to the till, there's a whole different price, then when it is queried, they admit to the fault, but refuse to correct it! And still an hour later the price is not corrected and displayed!
