Clicks *********** as ever

Good day. Clicks seems to be highly confused as ever. My clicks club-card was cancelled and merged with my twin sister's staff card. My twin is a staff at Clicks and I am not , so why would you cancel my specific card and merge it with a staff member. My twin did call Clicks and yet they have not sorted this matter but decided to cancel my card and hand me a Clicks blue card whereas I have Vitality. My twins Staff card # is ***. My Discovery Vitality Clicks Card # is *** which Clicks cancelled. They have now handed me Club card # ***. Please sort this as a matter of urgency.
