I'm appauled at the nonresponsiveness of your Pharmacy/Data Regulatory staff.

As seen in the trailing emails below, I have requested for your apparent *********** and negligent staff to resolve a minor issue.

To date Clicks staff whom have read this formal escalation have not done anything to achieve resolution.
