Clicks in Hillcrest

My experiences with Clicks have never been enjoyable. I logged a complaint about the sales people at Clicks in Hillcrest as the assistant was leaning against the cosmetics counter when I went in there and never raised her eyes from her cell phone. However, I'm glad to report that a lady from that branch phoned me to apologise and confirmed that the sales staff were not supposed to use cell phones when working. She said her staff would be made aware of this.
