Clicks in durban montclair

I had a terrible experience at Montclair Clicks in Durban, my mother went and collected my chronic medication on the seventeenth of this month and not only did Dana Lee give her incorrect medication but it was my correct dosage for the month and today I go there to complain and the only offer they said they had for me was an I'm sorry from her manager who's name is nokuthula, I had to take half day today so that I could make it in time there because my ****f end at half past five, I had to hire a car to take me there, again, I had to pay for this after the half day I took meaning that I won't be paid, all because of their employee didn't pay attention to what she was doing, I want everybody to know about the poor service and for people to pay attention to clicks staff that gives them medication since they clearly don't do their jobs
