Clicks in Diepkloof Square Is Thee Worst Clicks I Have Ever Stepped Into!!!! Ridiculous

The manager is unprofessional as i had to wait for almost an hour to lodge a complaint about the rude security guard they had during that shift! I was too late to purchase my sons Gripe Water and the door was already closed ...I completely understand that. I waited outside to ask a customer who was about to step out just to buy the Gripe Water for me...maybe that was not allowed but the guard failed to explain to me with respect and went on ignoring me and repeating thats not allowed continually like i cant think and out of line...when i asked to speak to the manager(which he batted to me and said they were coming) I waited outside in the dark for 40+ mins, while he was idling around in the shop.

I am horrified at the treatment of the Clicks in Diepkloof Square! I will never ever step foot in that store for any DAMN reason! They never have supplies for babies anyway (larger range of disposable nappies and their sizes, hair clippers for babies etc)...I expected to speak to the manager with regards to the behavior of the security guard and i was avoided and ignored! She/He didn't even come to me and talk me down and explain properly and in a dignified manner (like a real manager should). Regardless of whether I am in or out of the store....I AM STILL A CUSTOMER AND FOR ME TO COME BACK TO CLICKS I STILL NEED TO BE SPOKEN WITH RESPECT OR AT LEAST TO ALSO BE HEARD OUT!!!!! I received very highly bad service or actually NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!
