CLICKS IDIOTS

So I have a Sorbet gift card right.. at work yesterday just after 9am to avoid embarrassment I decide to call CLICKS Cavendish to ask if I am able to use it at any CLICKS stores or if this is only to be used at Sorbet stores.. the woman tells me I can use it at any CLICKS as well.. to confirm this I asked her about 3 times if she is sure... so 3mins ago I find myself shopping at CLICKS for all my goodies, stood in a line for quite sometime due to their renovations.. I get to the till just for this lady and supervisor to tell me Sorbet vouchers cannot be used at CLICKS stores.. I was so freaken embarrassed because well infront of so many people.. luckily I had cash on me... however *** man.. I called to avoid this exact sh@# !!!!!!!! I am fuming.. my favorite necessity store just became my least favorite, having a supervisor at waterfront CLICKS apologize with no empathy at all.. a hastey "I am sorry" and walked himself over to the next buying customer.. so much for customer well being... you will now find me at Dischem thanks!!!!!!!!
