Clicks i am diaappinted with the level of service i received

Clicks at Roaebank mall, i was assisted by a lady called Pinky, she is at the cosmetics department. This happened on the 22 May 2018 around 16:46 to 17:00 pm.

That assistant was so cold, has no knowledge about make up products or the brands at the store i even had to go to Dischem. All the consultants were having a converaation amd i had to approach them amd ask One ro come and assist amd believe me, Pinky was fragging feet, kept quite whwn i asked her some questions.

As a loyal customer to Clicks I bery disapointed.
