Clicks Hyde Park - Disappointed

I had a real positive experience at Clicks Bryanston Shopping Centre.

I have now moved, and make use of Clicks Hyde Park shopping centre. There is a vast difference in experience at the two stores being: 1. When you call the dispensary at Hyde Park, no one EVER answers and the call reroutes fo the front desk. 2. There is often a shortage of medicine required. Because I have a repeat script, surely they should know to order in advance? 3. I never get a notification of preparation of my repeat script. 4. The one pharmacist is unfriendly and not very supportive.
