Clicks HR Poor service

HR at clicks not helpful at all. Worked at Clicks as a Responsible pharmacist, and trying for several weeks to get a service certificate. Either they transfer you from the one person to the other and no one seems to know how to assist me. I was requested to send an email and still no respond. I tried calling several times after that but still no answer.
