Clicks HR department malfunction

If you do your job you have a reasonable expectation to get paid on time. But that's apparently not the case if you work for Clicks. The HR department is yet to answer a mail back. And for a second time I'm not getting the money they owe me in my bank on the expected date! It's unfair and unacceptable.
