Clicks HR

I would like to report bad service we are getting from the clicks group HR. My mother used to work at clicks couple years ago. She went to SARS to submit her tax return, she was informed that 2018,2019(R32000) was owed to her but unfortunately they can't pay her as there is something wrong 2017 IRP5 and she needs to go back to clicks to get a correct 2017 IRP5. She went to clicks in August 2021,but till this day it's not corrected. She was put through the whole HR still with no success. We spoke Michelle Davis(clicks), to her boss Ravi Paima who always gives us empty promises that they are solving but still not solved. Mind you my mother is 69, not working, she uses her airtime which she doesn't even have and what is worse she has to hold on the phone and be told ******* excuses. She has been in and out of hospital because of the stress caused by this *********** people and knowing she has money owed to her but can't be paid because of clicks HR. In my working years of experience i have never seen such pathetic HR, i even asked my HR they were do shocked of such service. They always blame SARS but I don't understand how do they blame them whereas the IRP5 is produced by the employer. Just to correct a mere IRP5 clearly doesn't take months, which clearly shows CLICKS GROUP DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE OR RATHER THEIR HR IS Useless. They told us they reported the matter to their clicks tax consultant(Sabeha Rangila) whom is currently in maternity leave and very rude when we speak to her... Like can the whole clicks only have ONE I MEAN ONE TAX CONSULTANT?Like really???I have never such nonsense.We always have call them, no communication at all from their site and always say we will give you feedback but nothing. We even have numerous mails where we were enquiring about the same thing. I really don't know what else my mother needs to do just for her 2017 IRP5 to be corrected, because we are not getting any joy. Clicks group and their HR is PATHETIC!!!!!
